Our consultants developed an Investment Prospectus for opportunities in the cocoa and coffee value chains in Ghana, Liberia and Cameroon for the International Trade Centre. This entailed understanding the practices and operational deficiencies of value chain actors from production to export. They also assessed the Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices of agricultural SMEs in the value chains and developed a financial management manual for farmers and agricultural SMEs to be used for training during the forthcoming intervention programme.
